" A third generation family firm that treats all of its employees as if they are part of the family. I have been here over a year and I can say without doubt that this is one of the best places I have worked. There is a great work life balance that is actually hard to find these days. The people here support each other and work hard for each other.
I got the opportunity to start my apprenticeship in my mid 30's. Ennis Bros not only trains you onsite, also provides extra training in the evening to help prepare for the off site phases.
"I was in a career and not happy I had always wanted to become an electrician. Angela helped and supported me in this change and now I am so glad I did this and so happy with my job"
While working here, I've learned a lot of aspects of the trade. Ennis Bros like their apprentices to get lot of hands-on experience and there is always someone on hand to help and advise.
I started my apprenticeship in the company last autumn. I have chosen electrical instrumentation as a new career path. It has been such an incredible journey so far. With many of peers having worked in the electrical industry for some time now, I have been given such a great opportunity to build a foundation of knowledge in the Petro - chemical area. We specialise in this area, and working alongside systems that provide the country with what it needs is very interesting. Starting a new career is never easy, nor starting from the beginning, but with guidance of my colleagues, I’m really enjoying it.
